Our firm consists of 2 partners. Zena Greenspan is the tax partner and handles all tax matters. Zena has experience in taxes from preparation of the returns to representing clients before the IRS and FTB. She has negotiated offers in compromise and client audit.
Dale Aaronson is the accounting and auditing partner. He also is the outside controller of some of the firms clients.
